Allan Yeung
I’m a product leader who has spent fifteen years at the seam between what a business needs and what a system can do.
I started as a terminal engineer at Telus, then Helio — the layer where a phone’s firmware meets a carrier’s network. That background is why, as a PM at Sprint, Sharp and ZTE, I kept gravitating toward platform problems: how to ship one build to three brands, how to make an app store’s recommendations pay for themselves, how to launch a dual-screen device with an ecosystem behind it.
In 2022 I started PromptXchange Labs to build AI-native products the way an investor would build a portfolio: validate demand, ship fast, measure traction, scale what earns it. Five products later, the two I spend most of my time on are Studio 3Sixty5, an operating system for real-estate agents, and IQnition, a study-planning app for families.
I hold an active California real-estate licence and transact in the market I’m building for. That is deliberate — the fastest way to know what an agent will actually pay for is to be one.
